Attorney General has responded with concise ballot title and summary

In the process of submitting a Washington State initiative for 2021, the Attorney General's office of Washington State has provided a letter with ballot title and measure summary. Well on our way of getting initiative 1798 "Judicial reporting of child abuse or neglect." ready to gather signatures and get it on the ballot for 2021.

Next Steps: I have submitted a draft of the signature form to the Office of the Secretary of State, Elections Division for review. Once they have reviewed for form and style I will begin to reach out to Washington State voters for signatures. Stay tuned.
